USA TODAY will publish its fourth annual Best Financial Advisors list in April and ask readers to help determine the top companies.
The results of the study, produced by the independent market research and data firm Statista, form the annual ranking of the “Best Financial Advisory Firms” in the United States.

Our goal is to publish a guide to hundreds of registered investment advisory firms (so-called RIA firms) that are most recommended and considered the best by our clients and peers.
Readers who have consulted with financial advisors or professionals working for financial advisory firms are invited to participate in the survey, open now through January 9th.
Clients and industry experts who don’t work for RIA firms can tell us what they think about the firms they know. However, readers affiliated with RIA firms are asked to rate and recommend other firms they know and value. You can then share your findings with people who can evaluate your company.

Survey participants’ opinions will remain anonymous. However, this survey allows clients and professionals to consent to being contacted by USA TODAY’s editorial team.
Industry participants who complete the survey will also be notified of the survey results via email if they wish.
This list is created based on customer and peer recommendations, as well as the growth of a company’s assets under management. Some of the data regarding these assets will be included in the final list.
