What if you think you might have remembered cucumbers

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) advises anyone at home to throw cucumbers if they are unsure where they are coming from. Companies are advised not to sell produce and notify customers who may have consumed it prior to the recall.

Purchasers may return products to the retailer for a refund for recalls from any of the listed grocery stores such as Walmart, Kroger, or Harris Teaser.

Additionally, the FDA recommends that consumers and businesses clean and disinfect surfaces and items that may have touched the cucumber. At home, wash the surfaces using hot soapy water or a dishwasher.
