Whataburger and country music superstar Laney Wilson have organized another free biscuit deal.
The Texas-based fast food chain, which named Wilson as its brand ambassador in 2025, designated Wednesday, February 4, as National Whataburger Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit Day. To celebrate, Whataburger will be giving away free Honey Butter Chicken Biscuits (no purchase required at participating locations) from 6 a.m. to 11 a.m. local time.
Whataburger’s Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit features bright white meaty chicken strips on a warm buttermilk biscuit and drizzled with honey butter sauce. Whataburger first offered this giveaway on January 28, 2025. Now, customers can receive their benefits not only at the counter or drive-thru, but also when ordering online.

Wilson will continue to work with Whataburger on various promotions, the company said in a news release. “If you know me, you know you don’t need much of an excuse to celebrate Honey Butter Chicken Biscuits,” Wilson said in a news release. “It’s time for a moment of its own. Whataburger has been a part of many moments in my life, and this biscuit has gotten me through countless early mornings and long nights.”

Get a free Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit at participating Whataburger locations from 6 a.m. to 11 a.m. local time on Wednesday, February 4. Business hours may vary, so check with your local Whataburger. No purchase necessary (one bottle per person).
Free Honey Butter Chicken Biscuits are available in stores, at the drive-thru, and with online orders on the Whataburger website and Whataburger mobile app.
