‘Wheel of Fortune’ Vanna White and Ryan Seacrest’s first pajama night
No, it’s not a fever dream. Vanna White and Ryan Seacrest competed on ‘Wheel of Fortune’ on Tuesday, October 21st, wearing matching pajamas.
Vanna White has married her long-term partner John Donaldson after over 14 years of dating.
The “Wheel of Fortune” co-host revealed the wedding on social media with a photo of her wearing a sleeveless white dress and being held by Donaldson.
“Surprise! We got married!” she wrote in the caption of the post. “John and I have been in love for over 10 years and have wanted to make it official with a private ceremony for some time. We are thrilled to share this fun new chapter in our lives with you!”
According to People, the couple met at a barbecue hosted by White in 2012 and previously said they were happy to be a couple and not get married.
“We don’t really talk about it, but you never know,” she told the outlet in 2023.
She added: “We’re really similar. We get along really well. He’s an easygoing guy. Easy going, he lets me be myself and I let him be himself.”
White was married to restaurateur George Santo-Pietro from 1990 to 2002, but they separated amicably and had two children together, including 31-year-old Nicholas “Nikko” Santo-Pietro and 28-year-old Giovanna “Gigi” Santo-Pietro.
Who is John Donaldson?
A native of Santa Monica, Calif., Donaldson owns a construction company in that state, JDC Construction + Development Group, where he serves as president and developer.
The company, based in Los Angeles’ San Fernando Valley, “takes pride in its roots as a merchant and in the insight it provides from years of hands-on experience helping property owners, architects, and engineers develop realistic plans for revitalization projects and find the right solutions to renovation challenges,” the company’s website states.
A series of projects must respond to natural disasters in California, such as the 1994 Northridge earthquake that killed 57 people and injured more than 9,000.
Donaldson has worked on luxury homes for stars such as Richard Dreyfuss, Dan Aykroyd and Martin Mull, People reported.
