“Iran hasn’t won this war, so they should talk and they should talk just before it’s too late,” Trump told Canada’s G7 Summit.

President Donald Trump said Iranian officials wanted to talk about removing liability with Israel as both sides are launching trade attacks and international leaders are looking for ways to end the conflict.

Trump told reporters at Canada’s G7 Summit that he believes Iran is seeking an off-ramp because “they want to talk.”

“They have to make a deal,” Trump said. “And that’s painful for both parties, but I say Iran hasn’t won this war, and they should talk, they should talk just before it’s too late.”

Trump dismissed questions about what it would take for the US to get involved in the conflict, saying he didn’t want to discuss it. Later when asked about sharing information with Israel, he said: “We’ve always supported Israel… Israel is doing very well now.”

Israel and Iran were burning gas fields in Iran and Israeli apartments burned by ballistic missiles during the fourth day’s airstrike.

The strike and counter strike began on June 13th, when more than 200 Israeli fighters attacked dozens of military and nuclear targets in Iran, including generals and scientists.

Iran continues to attack Iran’s targets in retaliation with ballistic missiles and Israeli drone strikes.

The Trump administration has been negotiating a nuclear program with Iran with the goal of preventing the country from obtaining nuclear bombs when Israel attacks.

Iran has argued that the nuclear programme is intended solely for civilian energy purposes, but the International Atomic Energy Agency recently concluded that Tehran is very close to the 90% uranium enrichment level required to build nuclear weapons.
