Trump previously celebrated the DC police takeover and the deployment of the National Guard by eating out at Joe’s seafood, but called the protesters a “threat” worthy of federal investigations.

WASHINGTON – President Donald Trump invited foreign leaders at the UN to join him for dinner in Washington, DC, flaunting his efforts to reduce crime.

The offer came during a speech on September 23 when Trump denounced the UN for supporting “attacks on the West” by funding immigrants, and said their country was “going to hell.” However, after reciting atrocities related to immigrant rape and child trafficking, he paused, noting that DC’s crime rate had fallen since deploying the National Guard on August 11th.

“Washington, DC is now a completely safe city. I welcome you to come,” Trump told a New York diplomat. “In fact, we eat dinner together at a local restaurant.”

“In fact, we walk,” Trump added. “We don’t need to go in an armored car. We’ll walk right there from the White House.”

Trump was celebrating the decline in crime along with ministers and other aides by eating out on September 9th at Joe’s seafood a few blocks from the White House.

Trump did not mention at the United Nations that he saw four protesters who cried out at him before dinner.

Trump initially took over the DC metropolitan police station for what he called a rampant crime. He also deployed hundreds of National Guard troops, as in Los Angeles.

“The National Guard took care of the business,” Trump told the United Nations. “They weren’t politically correct, but they took care of the business.”

The development has sparked several lawsuits as state and local officials argue against wielding the military to support civil law enforcement. However, the military remains unfolding as the lawsuit continues.

More than 2,300 National Guards are deployed in DC, with around 1,000 people from the city and nearly 1,400 people from eight states.

DC’s troops cleaned up 1,073 bags of garbage, spread 1,045 cubic yards of mulch, removed 50 trucks of plant waste, cleared up 6.7 miles of roads and painted 270 feet of fencing.

“Everyone goes out for dinner and they go out to restaurants,” Trump told the diplomat. “Your wife can walk in the middle of the street, with or without you. Nothing will happen.”
