Todd Chrisley has broken social media silence for the first time since he went to prison for bank fraud and tax evasion.

On June 12th, the 56-year-old “Chrisley Knows Best” star joined Instagram to celebrate one of her children’s achievements. Youngest son, Grayson Chrisley, 19, created a list of Dean after his first semester at the University of Alabama.

“God is always good, @graysonchrisley,” Todd captioned his post. “I loved you on the moon and on the back, and we could not be more proud. You showed great character and fortitude, standing with the Lord and Savior in the fire, coming out from the other side.

The caption continued. “Look tall, stand in the truth, and stand in Christ for your fellow brothers. I love you grey.”

Over 14,000 undergraduates who had at least 3.5 GPAs created a UA Dean List in the spring semester. Those who win 4.0 are on the President’s list. A total of around 34,000 students registered for the fall semester, with the number of spring enrollments not yet released.

Is Grayson Chrisley going to college?

Her sister, Savannah Chrisley, 27, announced that Grayson had moved to college in January.

She shared a clip from Move in Day, saying, “And just like that… my baby siblings are out to college. Moving Grayson to the University of Alabama this weekend was one of the most difficult and beautiful moments of my life.

Savanna continues, “We were never separated… and my heart feels like it’s been crushed into millions of works. But my overwhelming sadness coincides with the pride and pride that I feel as I watch him chase his dreams.”

What happened to Julie and Todd Chrisley?

Todd’s post came more than two weeks after his release from FPC Pensacola in Florida. There, he received a full pardon from President Trump and sentenced him to more than nine years in prison.

When asked at a press conference on May 30th if he had repentance for the crime he was convicted of, Todd said, “I would regret it if that was what I did.”

In June 2022, Todd and his wife, Julie Chrisley, who portrayed themselves as a Southern real estate tycoon at the US Network Show, were guilty of conspiring to fraudulent Atlanta’s community bank out of more than $36 million. The pair were accused of fraudulent IRS through fraudulent loans and carrying out plans that committed tax evasion. Julie Chrisley was further convicted of justice and obstructing wire fraud.
