WASHINGTON – Federal prosecutors have failed to convince the large ju judge to hand over the felony charges against authorities. News reports say it is shown in a video of him throwing a sub sandwich to a federal agent in the nation’s capital.
The District of Columbia’s U.S. Attorney’s Office attempted to accus Shawn Charles Dan of felony assault after allegedly throwing a sandwich wrapped in customs and border patrol agents during the August 10 conflict. The New York Times and the Associated Press reported on August 27 that the DC large ju trial voted against the return of the indictment.
The video of the incident and a group of federal agents chasing Dan – went viral and became a global symbol of President Donald Trump’s federal crackdown on crime in the District of Columbia. After his arrest, the Department of Justice fired Dan from his job as an international affairs expert in the department’s criminal division.
Dan’s lawyer, Sabrina Shoff, did not immediately comment, informed USA Today that she was in court and had not been informed of the denial of the Great Jue.
