JERUSALEM – Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that Hamas Gaza chief Mohammad Singwar, one of his most wanted and younger brother of Yahya Singwar, the group’s late leader, was killed.
The anoument took place on May 28th.
Mohammad Singwar was promoted to the top ranks of Palestinian extremist groups last year after Israel killed his brother Yahiya in battle during the ongoing war in Gaza.
Yahya Sinwar masterminded the attack on Israel in October 2023 that sparked the war and was later appointed the group’s overall leader after Israel killed its predecessor, Ismail Hannie, in Iran.
