Pop superstar Taylor Swift and Chiefs tight end Travis Kelse have announced their engagement on Instagram.
It was a love story, and Taylor Swift said yes.
Music superstar and three-time Super Bowl winner Travis Kelce announced that they will be engaged in getting married and will please fans all over the world. They shared a joint post on Instagram on Tuesday afternoon, joking, “Your English teacher and your gym teacher are married.”
The giant couple shared a carousel of five people, Swift and Kelce, surrounded by Travis and flowers on one knee. There is no word on when his fiancée will take place, but soon began to be poured out from the world of music, sports and more.

Swift + Kelce Special Edition
Swift and Kelce’s Instagram posts feature close-up shots of the singer’s engagement rings with their announcement of their engagement, and the USA Today Network can confirm that it was created by Kindred Lubeck in Artifex Fine Jewelry.
It is a gorgeous cut from an old mine, and I also wear a gold band that fits the Cartier Watch Swift in the photo.
Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, Kelse’s teammate and best friend, has reposted his engagement announcement on an Instagram story with three heart emojis.
Kelce Brothers podcast New Heights shared a clip of Jason Kelce asking Travis about the ERAS tour concert she attended two years ago, then using the “How it started and how it went” meme format to share photos of her engagement.
The official NFL social media accounts reposted photos from the proposal and shared clips of Kelce and Swift after the Chiefs’ victory at Super Bowl 58.
Second-rank women’s tennis player Iga Swiatek turned to Swiftie, but the news of engagement was broken to her about the set of network coverage at ESPN’s US Open, replied, “Oh my God, I’m so happy to her.”

Swift and Kelce from Trump: “I wish them a lot of luck‘
President Donald Trump has always been Taylor Swift’s biggest fan, but he had a warm wish to the musician and her footballer’s fiancé Travis Kelse about their engagement.
“I think he’s a great player. I think he’s a great guy,” Trump said Tuesday at the White House. “And I think she’s a great person, so I wish them a lot of luck.”
Trump repeatedly denounced Swift for supporting Kamala Harris, a 2024 Democratic opponent.
“Look at singer Taylor Swift, awakened,” Trump wrote in an August 4 social media post. “Since she warned the world about the truth that she couldn’t stand her (hate!). She left the Super Bowl and it wasn’t getting hot anymore. The tide turned seriously.

The real-life ROM Com was unfolded on the football field after Kelce went on the ERAS tour in Kansas City in 2023, and the concert was stopped.

For a while, happy news from Swift and Kelce overshadowed the president.
Shortly after Swift’s post, Fox News broke away from ongoing coverage of Trump’s Cabinet meeting in Washington and shared the news, according to Hill.
“She has the perfect sense of timing,” one commenter who posted on X.
“Stolen the Trump spotlight is her favorite thing,” another said.
In the 2024 season, Swift only participated in the home game of Arrowhead Stadium, turning the stadium tunnel into a personal runway.
The photographer and reporter took photos of her looks, from local vintages to designer label fashion. She attended the Super Bowl 59 in New Orleans, and when she was shown on screen for a few seconds, a heavy Eagles crowd booed her.
Kelce Hard began the relationship on Instagram at the start of Kansas City training camp in July, posting a carousel of 13 photos with captions. The main photo shows Kelse smiling from ear to ear in a “Captain” gold anchor cap, and Swift points to his “first mate.”
With the GQ profile released on August 12th, Kelce gushed out about Swift’s work ethic, stamina and value.
“When we don’t have a camera, we’re only two people in love,” Kelse said in the film. “Because of how much it’s been talked about and how much it’s tracked every time we go out, it can be perceived as something else, but it’s as normal…it happened very organically despite it being tracked from a media perspective.
It can be said that Swift has tied an invisible string between her and the Kansas City tight end from the start. On his debut album of “Oh My My My” he said, “I’m 87. You’ll be 89/I’ll see you like the star that will make you shine.
His Chiefs’ number is 87, and her album “1989” refers to the year she was born. The singer sang the song on July 6th in Amsterdam as part of a mashup to Kelce.
Kelce was the only guy Swift changed her lyrics and became a tradition on the Eras Tour. During her song “Karma” from “Midnights”, she switched “Karma is the Man on Screen” to “Karma is the Man of the Chiefs.” She played the line that was changed 14 times when he was in the audience, and twice when the Chiefs won the match during her concert.
Finally, with songs she may have written with him in mind, she kicks out “The Alchemy” and “So High School” from the “Tortured Poets Division.” At her 87th show in Paris, she sang, “This happens once every few years.”
The wrist bands of all concert participants glowed bright red, and the crowd roared. Swift made the concert “The Alchemy” the closing credits song, replacing “You Are in Your Child.” She also incorporated “So High School” into her second year setlist, with a move inspired by Kelce’s endzone dance. In the lyric video, the soccer lighting shows “TS” and “TK” bright pink “TK” at 0:43.
