Taco Bell is bringing back the beloved Beefy Crunch Burrito with a spicy twist.

Available nationwide for a limited time, the new Flamin’ Hot Grilled Cheese Burrito is stuffed with ground beef, nacho cheese sauce, creamy chipotle sauce, reduced-fat sour cream, a three-cheese blend, and Fritos Flamin’ Hot Corn Chips.

Added to the mix is ​​the new Flamin’ Hot Rice, flavored and flavored with red bell pepper, paprika, garlic, cheddar cheese powder, and lime. The burrito is then grilled with a layer of cheese on the outside for added flavor.

“We know how much people love Flamin’ Hot’s signature spice, and our fans are always asking for something cheesier and crunchier,” Liz Matthews, Taco Bell’s global chief food innovation officer, said in a news release. “Flamin’ Hot Grilled Cheese Burrito combines all these elements, capturing the heat of a classic burrito, the crunch of crispy Fritos, and the deliciousness of cheese inside and out.”

The Flamin’ Hot Grilled Cheese Burrito can be ordered a la carte ($5.49) or as part of the $9 Discovery Luxe Cravings Box (while supplies last).

When will Taco Bell’s new Flamin’ Hot Grilled Cheese Burrito be available?

The new product “Flamin’ Hot Grilled Cheese Burrito” will be released nationwide for a limited time from October 16th (Thursday).

Taco Bell said in a news release that the new menu item pays homage to the “cult favorite Beefy Crunch Burrito,” which was first introduced in 2010, removed from the menu in 2011, and then sold in limited quantities several times over the past decade or so. The Beefy Crunch Burrito is made with seasoned beef and rice, nacho cheese sauce, reduced-fat sour cream, and Flamin’ Hot Fritos and was last sold in August 2023 after winning a fan vote in the Taco Bell app.

Also available at Taco Bell starting Oct. 16: Several new menu items featuring Frank’s Red Hot Diablo sauce, which the fast food chain describes as a blend of existing Diablo sauce and Frank’s Red Hot’s classic Buffalo flavor with Spicy Ranch.

New menu items available for a limited time: Frank’s RedHot Diablo Crispy Chicken Burrito ($5.49), Frank’s RedHot Diablo Crispy Chicken Soft Taco ($2.99), Frank’s RedHot Diablo Chicken Nacho Fries ($4.99), and Crispy Chicken Strips with Spicy Ranch ($6.99).
