Since its founding in 2017, Crumbl has opened more than 1,000 locations in the US, Canada and Puerto Rico, with the company showing no signs of slowing down.
The Desert Company is set to open “less than 100 copies” in 2025, with the majority of the US and several Canadians telling Crumbl spokesman Mallory Moore to USA Today. So far, the company has opened 27 new locations in the US and three new locations in Canada.
The cookie and dessert chain promotes “spinning flavors, open concept kitchens and famous pink boxes” as the reasons for its success. According to the CRUMBL website, co-founders Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley collaborated in 2017 on the “Quest to Burn Perfect Chocolate Chip Cookies” to open the company’s first location in Logan, Utah.
