Fleetwood, Henry and Scheffler are heading for the weekend
Tommy Fleetwood is hoping for his first PGA Tour victory despite winning more than $33 million on the PGA Tour.
Heading into the third round of the 2025 Tour Championship at East Lake Golf Club in Atlanta, Tommy Fleetwood and Russell Henry are taking the lead with 13 under par.
In pursuit of his first career PGA Tour victory, Fleetwood hopes to finally get past the Hump this weekend after wasting two opportunities in recent months. He blew a two-stroke lead on four holes to go to the Travelers Championship in June, and blew away the three-stroke dominance that goes to Memphis just a few weeks ago.
“Just because things weren’t going well before doesn’t mean it won’t work this week or next week,” Fleetwood told reporters. “I’m happy to have gotten off to a great start in another tournament. I’ll be there again.”
