Rob Reiner’s son Nick arrested on suspicion of murder in death of parents
Following the shocking death of Rob Reiner and his wife Michelle Singer Reiner, all eyes are on the Hollywood couple’s children, especially their middle child Nick.
Nick Reiner was taken into police custody on Monday and “booked on suspicion of murder,” according to Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department records reviewed by USA TODAY. The acclaimed Hollywood director and actor was murdered along with Singer at his home in California on Sunday night. Shortly after the couple was found dead in their home, longtime friend Billy Crystal was at the scene of the murder.
Meanwhile, President Donald Trump drew strong bipartisan condemnation for criticizing Reiner, with Republican lawmakers criticizing Trump’s response as “wrong” and “disrespectful.”
