Actor Eric Dane seeks a change in pre-approval

The family of “Grey’s Anatomy” alumni, Eric Dane, “has hoped” when dealing with his ALS diagnosis.
Actress Rebecca Gayhart, his wife for over 20 years, told people on September 26 that she and the actor’s teenage daughters Billy and Georgia are taking the 52-year-old actor’s neuropathy “everyday” and are seeking the help of a “professional therapist.”
Speaking at Step Up’s 2025 Inspiration Awards in Los Angeles, the 54-year-old “Once upon a Time… In Hollywood” actress was open about the impact Dane’s health had on her family.
“I mean, it’s heartbreaking. My girl is really struggling and we’re just trying to get through it. It’s a tough time,” she told people.
Due to amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, commonly known as Lou Gehrig’s disease, Dane lost use of his right arm. He previously said it’s only a matter of time before progressive disease affects the left arm as well.
Gayheart was also honest with the fact that he struggled to find a silver lining in the situation. She admits that she and Dane are “at approaching” in his health struggle, but “doesn’t like the reason.”
The actress filed for divorce from Dane in 2018 after 14 years of marriage, but E! And people. In April this year, she hinted to E! They were no longer romantically involved as they co-parented their children.
“We definitely deal with what has brought us together. Eric will always be my family, whether we are married or not, whether we live in the same home or not,” she told people on September 26th.
“I talk to her every day,” Dane said of Gay Heart in an interview with Diane Sawyer, released on June 16th.
