Priscilla Presley slams Riley Keough’s claims in lawsuit

Priscilla Presley’s lawyers are stepping in to address the “outrageous” allegations her former business associates have recently made about her family in court.

In an amended complaint filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Dec. 16 and obtained by USA TODAY on Dec. 17, Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialco allege that Presley’s son, Navarone Garibaldi Garcia, “received them on the phone 24/7 and was never compensated for their services.” They also claimed that he had severed his working relationship with Presley.

In the 65-page lawsuit, Kruse and Fialco detail how they allegedly controlled Garcia’s personal and business dealings, writing that “immediately after Lisa Marie’s death, the entire Presley family used Plaintiffs Kruse and Fialco as negotiators and mediators to demand administration and payment of her estate.”

Amid this, Kruse alleges that Lisa Marie’s fourth husband, Michael Lockwood, told her the family was “in financial trouble” and that in 2010, he “engineered a deal” in which his stepdaughter, Riley Keough, donated eggs to John Travolta and the late Kelly Preston in exchange for money and “an old Jagger.”

In a statement to TMZ, representatives for Priscilla Presley and her son, Marty Singer and Wayne Herman, accused Kruse and Fialko of causing “unwarranted suffering to Priscilla Presley and her family.”

“After losing motion after motion in this case and unsuccessfully seeking to disqualify Presley’s attorney of record, Marty Singer, from representing them in this case, Bridget Kruse, Kevin Fialko, and their co-conspirators have proven that there is no bar too low or ethical line they are willing to cross in order to cause further pain to Priscilla Presley and her family,” the attorneys said.

“In a completely inappropriate effort to unduly pressure Presley to retract legitimate and true claims, Kruse and her co-conspirators also filed charges against Presley’s son, cousin, and assistant,” the statement continued. “The recent outrageous allegations are completely unrelated to the claims in this case. The actions of Kruse, Fialco, and their new attorneys (they are the fourth attorney) are shameful and will certainly be addressed in court.”

USA TODAY has reached out to representatives for Presley, Keough and Travolta for comment.

Kruse and Fialco have been in a legal battle with Priscilla Presley for more than a year. In August 2024, Presley filed suit against the two for $1 million in damages for alleged financial elder abuse.

The following month, Fialco and Kruse sued Presley for allegedly breaching a business contract and dropped various bold accusations about the Presley family’s personal relationships in a $50 million legal complaint.
