Priscilla Presley is showing family solidarity as she faces what her lawyers called “outrageous allegations” in her civil suit.
In an Instagram post on Dec. 22, the Presley family matriarch (ex-wife of the late Elvis Presley) shared a photo of her blended family, including her three granddaughters, sitting around a dinner table.
Presley captioned the photo: “Holidays 2025 and unbreakable family ties.”
The undated photo shows longtime family friend Jerry Schilling with his arm wrapped around Priscilla’s, while her late daughter Lisa Marie Presley’s fourth husband, Michael Lockwood, stands behind her. Lisa Marie’s first husband, Danny Keogh, is seen standing next to Lockwood, holding the man in his right arm and holding their daughter Riley Keogh, who is holding a baby in his left arm.
The 36-year-old reportedly gave birth to her second child with husband Ben Smith-Petersen earlier this year.

The rare family photo was released a week after Priscilla’s lawyer slammed the “shameful” allegations made in one of several lawsuits she and other members of the Circle are fighting. She is embroiled in a legal dispute with former business associates Bridget Kruse and Kevin Fialko, who she accused in a July 2024 lawsuit of elder abuse and misappropriation of more than $1 million in funds.
Within a month of filing this lawsuit, Kruse and Fialco sued Priscilla for more than $50 million in damages, alleging that Priscilla breached her business agreement after spending a year “devoted full-time to supporting, repairing, stabilizing, and improving Presley’s financial situation.”
On December 17, Priscilla’s lawyers accused Kruse and Fialco of the actions of John Travolta and his late wife Kelly Preston after they raised allegations that John Travolta and his late wife Kelly Preston paid Riley Keough for eggs in an amended complaint filed in an ongoing lawsuit against Priscilla’s son Navarron Garibaldi Garcia.
“After losing motion after motion in this case and unsuccessfully seeking to have Presley’s attorney of record, Marty Singer, disqualified from representing her in this case, Bridget Kruse, Kevin Fialko, and their co-conspirators have proven that there is no hurdle or ethical line they are willing to cross to avoid significant liability to Priscilla Presley,” Singer said in a statement. “In a completely inappropriate effort to unduly pressure Presley to retract legitimate and true claims, Kruse and her co-conspirators also filed charges against Presley’s son, cousin, and assistant,” the statement continued. “The recent outrageous allegations are completely unrelated to the claims in this case. The actions of Kruse, Fialco, and their new attorneys (they are the fourth attorney) are shameful and will surely be addressed in court.”
Representatives for Mr. Keough and Mr. Travolta did not respond to USA TODAY’s requests for comment.

Lisa Marie Presley was married to Danny Keough from 1988 to 1994 and gave birth to their first child, Riley, in May 1989. Three years later, a son, Benjamin Keogh, was born. He died by suicide in July 2020 at the age of 27.
Lisa Marie and Michael Lockwood were married from 2006 to 2016. Twin daughters were born in October 2008. Several years after their divorce was finalized, Lisa Marie passed away from an intestinal blockage on January 12, 2023.
Riley Keough has had a huge career in Hollywood since co-starring with Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning in 2010’s The Runaways.
She has appeared in indies and blockbusters alike, from 2015’s Mad Max: Fury Road to 2016’s American Honey, 2018’s Under the Silver Lake, and 2020’s Zola. She also starred in the lead role in Amazon Prime’s Daisy Jones and the Six, for which she was nominated for an Emmy Award.
Most recently, Keough was part of the cast of the sure-fire awards season contender Jay Kelly, starring George Clooney and Adam Sandler.
