President Trump’s social media accounts posted numerous messages addressing the political issues surrounding the holiday. President Vladimir Putin also wished the president a happy holiday.
President Trump says he’s trying to keep out ‘Bad Santa’ from invading children
While taking a phone call from the children, the President told them that he was tracking Santa to prevent “Bad Santa” from invading the United States.
WASHINGTON – President Donald Trump rang in social media posts enough to fill Santa’s sack with holiday cheer for his political adversaries, “radical left scum,” and a growing economy this Christmas.
Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov announced on December 25 that Russian President Vladimir Putin sent a message of congratulations and wished President Trump a Merry Christmas in return.
But Trump wasn’t about to put a chunk of precious coal in his opponent’s stocking. He called the coal “clean and beautiful” to a child during a round on Christmas Eve.
The president’s Truth Social and X accounts posted numerous messages from just before midnight to around 1 a.m. on Dec. 25. The messages called for resolutions on topics including fraud charges against Somali immigrants, Georgia’s 2020 election results and reporters in general.

The fraud charges occur in Minnesota, the home state of Gov. Tim Walz, a 2024 Democratic vice presidential candidate against President Trump.
Trump’s posts about Georgia continued to contest his 2020 election loss to Democrat Joe Biden in the state, even after charges of election fraud were dropped in November. Trump has long criticized Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis for filing the lawsuit.
President Trump also appears to have added New York Attorney General Letitia James, former FBI Director James Comey, and Sen. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) to his naughty list.
James won a civil judgment against him, but it was overturned on appeal. Comey led the investigation into allegations of Russian interference in the 2016 election. Schiff then led Trump’s first impeachment, which resulted in Trump’s acquittal. President Trump urged prosecution of all of them.
“We will not tolerate gaslighting from anyone in the media or anyone on the other side,” White House Press Secretary Caroline Leavitt said in a video that President Trump reposted.
President Trump sprinkled some political spice on his Christmas cheer.
He reminded disgruntled people in the Senate that he wants to end the filibuster, which blocks bills without the support of 60 members in the 100-seat chamber. He reposted a message from Sen. Mike Lee (R-Utah) urging an end to the “zombie filibuster.”
And the two-term Republican president reposted a message from comedian Roseanne Barr urging an end to mail-in voting.
On the other side of the ledger, President Trump’s posts foreshadowed weaker crime statistics and an annualized economic growth rate of 4.3% in the third quarter.
