The easiest way to break down pizza boxes for bins
Most pizza boxes don’t fit in standard trash cans. This is the easiest way to reduce them.
Pizza Box is known for promoting movies, TV shows and athletics. But this time, employees at a Georgia pizza shop got something particularly unique.
US Customs and Border Patrol recently reviewed a marketing campaign that includes a graphic pizza box that encourages people to join the Border Patrol with a QR code that links to their carrier pages, but some small businesses that receive the box are not exactly on board.
One such operation is the Mojo Pizzan Pub in Decatur, Georgia, just north of Atlanta.
Why did Border Patrol promote it on pizza boxes?
Last week, CBP issued a statement that it will work with Virginia’s Marcom Group to support its marketing and advertising efforts. As part of a recent recruitment effort, Marcom launched a campaign in Atlanta, matching the Skillsusa National Leadership & Skills Conference. This is an annual weekly event that includes trade shows, workshops and seminars related to career and technical education. The campaign included ads at the airport and pizza boxes mentioned above.
Where can I find the Border Patrol pizza boxes?
We are waiting for words on the number of pizzerias who received these boxes from the Marcom Group, but the Atlanta Journal constitution confirms that Mojo Pizza N’Pub is one of the restaurants that have received them so far.
what happened?
Restaurant prep food Chad Dumas said he received a call offering a box of pizza for free without understanding what they would promote. When 100 of these boxes appeared, the staff were not satisfied.
“I don’t work at my restaurant,” Dumas said. “I live in one of Atlanta’s most liberal cities… I don’t want it to go out. It’s propaganda.”
They reportedly burned everything except a few boxes in a home near the employee.
