The leaves are changing, temperatures are dropping, and Oprah’s favorite things list is back again this year.
USA TODAY has an exclusive first look at the list, which ranges from self-care products and cozy clothing to cutting-edge tech products and kitchen essentials.
Winfrey tapped her celebrity network to select everything from Shay Mitchell’s Beith Luggage and Kim Kardashian’s Skims Loungewear to her neighbor Duchess Meghan’s As Ever lifestyle brand. Plus, she reveals some unusual details about herself, from her favorite fragrance to when she first started writing a diary.
This year’s list features more than 50 women-owned brands, with 60% of the items coming from small businesses. The list includes 112 selections, slightly fewer than last year’s 116.
“Every year, I try to find a gift that just feels right and is meaningful,” Winfrey says. “My hope is that these gifts will help you celebrate those who light up your life, and perhaps add a little sparkle to your own life.”
Prices range from just under $20 ($13-$50 for matching pajama sets and $15 hooded scarves and glasses cases) to $2,200 TVs, making them one of the highest price points on fans’ list. Sneakers and heels! The brainchild of Spanx creator Sara Blakely is back on our list with a new shoe style, The Tepper. Winfrey said her best friend Gayle King is a “convert” who frequently wears expensive, somewhat divisive, conversation-starting shoes. “Now she is constantly being stopped by people at work, on the street, and even at the airport,” Winfrey wrote. $595.
