How to stop the pot from boiling with this trick
Keep your stubate top and pasta perfect with this simple kitchen tip.
If you’ve ever been floating in the pasta noodles while relaxing in the pool, now is the time to shine.
Olive Garden announced it will debut its first line of pasta themed pool noodles on June 23rd. The collection, according to the Italian restaurant chain, features items such as floor chin fettchin, taquin, easy torteroni and relaxed rigatoni, making it the “perfect accessory for a summer pool party.”
To celebrate the chain’s never-ending broth and soups or salads that come with every meal, each pool noodle purchase comes with a free “first course” inspired summer item. According to a news release, customers can choose between a breadstick bucket hat, a soup-summer feel tote bag or a chill floating drink holder with lettuce.
Pool noodles can be purchased online at shop.olivegarden.com for ECLUB members to be available on Monday, June 30th at 2pm by ECLUB members on Thursday, June 26th at 10am.
According to Olive Garden, each pool noodles and accompanying “first course” items will be sold for $40 with free shipping while supplies last.
“Olive Garden is always known for its big portions, great value, great value and its never-ending first course,” Jame Banker, Senior Vice President of Marketing, said in a news release. “This summer we bring the same richness to the pool. Pasta-esque floats are a bigger, lifelike way to celebrate the dishes our guests love, and like a restaurant, every order starts with the first course.”
Olive Garden adds new menu items that are spicy for summer
Olive Garden has a spicy three-meat sauce that creates its own pasta menu, in addition to the newly attached bucatini, which describes as “a rich spaghetti with a hollow center” that allows the pasta to soak the sauce.
Starting July 7th, customers will be able to get Calabria steak and shrimp bucatini with grilled sirloin tips, shrimp and bucatini pasta in a spicy Calabrian cream sauce with spinach and tomatoes.
According to the chain, the sauce will be blended with spicy Calabrian chili with butter, garlic, white wine, cream and olive garden marinara sauce.
The new items will be available through restaurants, Tugo and delivery on August 25th, the company said.
