Chilean fans may soon become new boot goofin.
Tex-Mex and American Restaurant Chain have partnered with Tecovas, a Texas-based cowboy boots and western style retailer, to release their booth boots. Deep red cowboy boots, sold as being made from the same materials as the Chilean restaurant booth, will only be available on the Tecobas website from July 29th.
“The limited edition Chilean X Tecovas collection pays homage to two American originals and combines Tecovas design and craft with Chile’s iconic Red Booth to begin so many good stories,” said Tecovas Vice President of Brand and Product Marketing. “It’s unexpected, fun and made with the same attention to detail that we bring to everything we do.”
Booth boots are available for men and women. The women’s boots are based on Tecovas’ bestselling Annie design. The 14-inch-high boots feature a front snip toe and a 2-inch heel. The men’s boots are based on the Garrett design of Tecobas. The 12-inch boots have a 1.2-inch leather heel and pull tab with toes. Both boots are decorated with chili pepper stitching.
In addition to two boots, Tecovas and Chili’s offer booth belts. A handmade belt decorated with chili peppers and brass buckles.

Booth boots are only available on the Tecovas website, but supply will begin at 10am on July 29th at CT.

No, the booth boots are not made with old Chilean booths. The boots are made from red vinyl, but they are the same material used to create the Chilean booth, Jesse Johnson, Chilean Vice President of Marketing, told USA Today.

What do people say about boots?
Tiktok creator Fernanda Castro described the Chilean and Tecovas collaboration as a “Texas version of the royal wedding” as both brands are based in Texas. In particular, 4420 N. Lamar Boulevard, Austin, Texas (where Tecovas is based), has a widespread attention online with a wealth of positive online reviews.
Ahead of the extensive release, several content creators have submitted their own pair of booth boots.
“This reminds me of going to a Chilean booth boot and sitting in the booth with the booth boots,” content creator Robert Rausch said in a video of Tiktok.
