Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe Video Tutorial
Make the best chocolate chip cookies to celebrate National Cookie Day.
problem solved
Of course, Cookie Monster would have something to do with National Cookie Day, which is Thursday, December 4th.
According to the National Day Calendar, “Sesame Street” added National Cookie Day to its calendar in 1976, designating November 26th as an unofficial holiday, and Cookie Monster promoted this special day in his 1980 book “Sesame Street Dictionary.”
Matt Nader, co-founder of Blue Chip Cookie Company, chose to move National Cookie Day from a few days later on the calendar to a day during the holiday season in 1987, the Los Angeles Times reported.
The December 4th date has stuck, and has been adopted by Cookie Monster, who has been celebrating National Cookie Day on Sesame Street and social media.
Currently, many gourmet spots and bakeries celebrate this day. Here are some National Cookie Day specials and giveaways that even Cookie Monster will love.
