Woodward Dream Cruise: Chrysler CEOs such as Pacifica, Voyager
Chris Fehel, CEO of Chrisler, said he plans to unveil a brand new hybrid crossover vehicle after unveiling the “fresh” Pacifica in early 2026.
The 2026 mini lineup changes aren’t all that wiped out, like a year ago when the brand essentially reset its full product range.
We were also hoping for a lineup to expand, but tariff concerns made us aware that the Earthman small electric SUV built in China and the next Cooper Electric hatchback would have to wait at least a little longer.
But that’s fine – this year’s crop is fresh enough and benefits from some great upgrades. Check out the 2025 minicar and SUV changes.
2026 Mini Cooper Hard Top
The John Cooper Works Style package injects all S models with a little extraordinary talent this year. for 2-door Cooper Hardtop and 4-door Cooperwhich means the JCW aero body kit with dynamic damper control adaptive damping, package-specific wheels, revised bumpers and rocker panels all for $1,200. It also includes iconic trim, reinforced brakes and steering wheel paddle shifters.
The Black Sport Stripes will be available this year on both JCW and non-JCW Cooper models, with $250 still being the price of that add-on. Finally, all Minis with keyless entry and start, as well as Minis manufactured after July 1, 2025, come with a new smartphone-based digital keyplus app that offers the same functionality.

2026 Mini Cooper Convertible
John Cooper Works Style Packages available on Cooper’s hardtops are also available Cooper’s Convertible Similarly, it costs $1,200. This package includes a JCW aero kit, a package-specific adaptive damper, and wheels. The improved brakes and paddle shifters also come with iconic trim. Additionally, in 2025, Black Sport Stripes was available in the non-JCW version of The Convertible.
Built on July 1st with Comfort Access Keyless Entry and Start, Open-Top Coopers uses a slightly different digital key arrangement than the hardtop. The fixed roof model replaces one key FOB for two cards, while the 2026 convertible maintains both key FOBs and wins two cards.

2026 Mini Countryman
Black 18-inch asteroid spoke wheels wrapped in all-season tires are the new non-cost option this year Countryman’s awd Features signature plus or iconic trim in classic or favourable style. The JCW style package is also available in the Countryman S, adding Cooper-like aeros, wheels and dampers, but at a more expensive $1,400.
Like everyone else, the iconic trim paired with the JCW package features a reinforced brake and paddle shifter integrated with the steering wheel. MINI’s SUV lineup also offers optional $250 Black Sports stripes with or without JCW trim.
Countryman models built using Comfort Access after July 1, 2025 will get Digital Key Plus. This allows you to unlock your car on your mobile phone and start it. The crossover loses one of the two key fobs and gets a setup card and a service card.
As for the Countryman Se All4, Mini says the switch to a new model year in the second half of 2025 will coincide with several other product updates expected to occur at the time. Given that the all-electric compatriot was completely redesigned last year, major changes in 2026 are not expected. The new SUV feels like it looks premium, but it has better range and charging, and the infotainment system works slowly.
