Rapper Tory Lanes attacked in a California prison
Rapper Tory Lanes was stabbed 14 times in prison, leading to hospitalization, officials confirmed.

In a May 19 post to Tiktok, the Atlanta-based rapper has lied to him and called him “the devil” in lie, targeting both Lanes, whose real name is Daystar Peterson.
“At what point am I going to stop having to re-live being shot by Tory!?” Megan the Stallion wrote. “At what point will all fans stop lying?
She continued: “His minute/Y’all said I’ve never been shot. Her comments argued that Peterson’s legal team united people and that there were some new witnesses willing to testify that he didn’t shoot her.
Peterson was convicted in 2022 of shooting Pete in the ankle two years ago after a debate in Hollywood Hills, California. The Canadian singer-songwriter, who pleaded not guilty to all counts prior to his trial, was accused of abandoning a firearm for significant negligence. Assault with a semi-automatic firearm. Despite her legal victory over Peterson, the “WAP” rapper claimed in a request for a restraining order, where Peterson coordinated a “warning campaign” against her.
Requiring that he stay at least 100 yards away from her and her home, vehicle and workplace, she also asked the court to order him not to contact her directly or indirectly, and to stop his online harassment.
