Call all BTS fans: McDonald’s is releasing a new happy meal with the band’s Tinytan characters.
fast food chain announcement August 19th Tinytan Happy Meal is coming to the restaurant in September.
According to a news release, the meal comes with two options: Tinytan Toys, a line of characters inspired by each member of the K-Pop Boy Band.
According to a post by McDonald’s X, Tinytan Happy Meal is available in around 70 countries, including the United States.
The announcement comes four years after McDonald’s first collaborated with the singer for a special BTS meal in 2021.
What happens to BTS Tinytan Happy Meal?
According to McDonald’s, the Tinytan Happy Meal comes with two different sets of toys.
One set, Throwback Edition, features each Tinitan character wearing the promotional outfit used in the 2021 BTS meal.
Another encore version has costumes in which each character nods to the latest collaboration, McDonald said.
Customers who purchase one of the meals can also scan the code on the box to target them to the Tinytan Power Up game.
In addition to the meal, McDonald’s will be holding a meetup in Los Angeles at the NYA West Event venue from September 27th to 28th. Fans have an “immersive, multisensory experience filled with music and the magic of Happy Meal.”
BTS Tinytan Happy Meal Release Date
Tinytan Happy Meal will be available at participating locations starting September 3rd.
McDonald’s said the encore version of the meal will be available from September 23rd.
“Release dates may vary from market to market,” wrote Guillaume Huin, senior marketing director at McDonald’s in a post on X on August 19th.
How to get BTS Tinytan Happy Meal
Happy Meals can be purchased directly at available restaurants or via the McDonald’s app.
According to McDonald’s, the meal is available for a limited time only.
