Attorney General Pam Bondi announced on November 15 that a person wanted for vandalizing the New Jersey office of Acting U.S. Attorney Alina Haba is in custody.

“No one will get away with blackmailing or threatening a great U.S. attorney or destroying his office,” Bondi wrote on social media.

The suspect is Keith Michael Risa, 51, with ties to New York City and New Jersey, and a $25,000 reward has been placed on him for information leading to his arrest and conviction, according to an FBI wanted poster.

According to the FBI, Lisa went to the Peter W. Rodino Federal Building in Newark, New Jersey, on Nov. 12 with a baseball bat. According to the FBI, he left because he was not allowed access, returned without the bat and went to the U.S. Attorney’s Office to destroy it.

He is charged with possession of a dangerous weapon on a federal facility and plundering federal property.
