Liberty Home Guard’s three home warranty plans cover systems, appliances, or both. These items are included in your basic home warranty plan.

  • HVAC system: Ducted electric air conditioners, condensing units, mini-splits, electric window air conditioners, ducted and heating systems up to 5 tons.
  • Piping system: Leaks or damage to water, drains or drains, toilets, showers, bathtubs, built-in tubs, clogged or clogged drains or sewer pipes.

How to File a Claim with Liberty Home Guard

You can request service from Liberty Home Guard 24 hours a day, seven days a week. To file a claim, you must:

  • Submit your claim: As soon as you notice a problem, please contact Liberty Home Guard’s Customer Service Center, log into the portal, or submit a claim using the mobile app.
  • Please pay the service fee: Once you submit your claim, you will pay the service fees listed in your contract.
  • Dispatched technician: Within 48 hours of your claim, Liberty Home Guard will schedule a technician to come to your home. In some cases, you may be able to select your own service professional, but you must obtain prior approval from LHG to receive a refund.
  • System or appliance has been repaired: The technician will determine if repair or replacement is necessary. If the damage is covered by your home warranty, Liberty Home Guard will cover the cost.
