IN-N-Out is currently fully expanding across the West Coast.
The burger chain debuted in Washington on Wednesday, August 20th, with a new restaurant opening in Clark County.
Washington State is located in Ridgefield about 25 miles north of Portland, Oregon, and can handle double double burgers, animal-style fries and shaking.
The new restaurant will include one bustling drive-thru lane, indoor seating for 73 customers, and 28 covered patios, according to IN-N-Out. It is managed by Clintford, who has worked in the chain for over 26 years, and consists of approximately 80 workers, with a starting wage of $18.75 per hour.
The California native chain continues to pass Golden State Roots with new restaurants in Colorado, Texas and Idaho.
It’ll open soon
Earlier this year, the In-N-Out website announced seven new locations, including restaurants in Washington, and is set to open soon. However, the company did not provide an accurate time frame due to USA Today.
According to the website, these locations will look like this:
- Surprise, Arizona: 16440 W. Cactus Road
- Indio, California: 82177 Ave. 42
- Modesto, California: 3401 Oakdale Rd.
- Monrovia, California: 560 W. Huntington
- Sylmer, California: 13864 Foothill Blvd.

Which states have in-n-out?
IN-N-Out currently has nine state locations, including California, Oregon, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, Texas, Colorado, Idaho and current Washington.
Will in-n-out be held on the East Coast?
Lynsi Snyder, president and owner of IN-N-Out, has confirmed that there are no plans to open a restaurant on the East Coast, but the chain plans to open an office in Tennessee.
“Florida begged us, but we’re still saying no,” Snyder said on July 18th’s episode of the “Related” podcast. “East Coast states, we’re still saying no.”
