The deadline for filing a request for some of the sparkling prebiotic drink Popi is coming soon.
VNGR Beverage, LLC, the former owner of Poppi, agreed to resolve claims in July 2025 that beverages labeled as “gut healthy” were being sold inappropriately. Consumers purchased based on that claim, but were not supported by scientific evidence. The company did not admit any fraudulent conduct, according to court records obtained by USA Today.
Customers who purchase Poppi flavors or package sizes between January 23, 2020 and July 18, 2025 will be subject to some of the class action payment payments. The deadline for filing a request is Thursday, September 26th.
Here’s what you need to know.
Who is eligible for the settlement?
With proof of purchase, customers who purchase Poppi between January 30, 2025 and July 18, 2025 will receive cashback. Following the claims website, depending on the size of your purchase, the amount of customers you qualify for is as follows:
- Up to $0.75 per single can
