JD Vance is ready for the presidency, but Trump says “healthy”
In an exclusive interview, Vice President JD Vance said President Donald Trump is in “health” while he is ready for the presidency.
WASHINGTON – It was the first time Vice President J.D. Vice President Vance entered an oval office that he noticed the drapes (“dark and dark”) – but he claims he has not measured them for a future turn behind a decisive desk.
“I’ve had a lot of good hands-on training over the last 200 days,” Vance said in an exclusive interview with USA Today on August 27th.
After all, his boss is the oldest person sworn to be the president of the United States. President Donald Trump was 78 years old.
“The president is incredibly healthy,” Vance said. “He has an incredible amount of energy.”
The extensive interviews featured topics such as televised spat with Ukrainian President Voldy Mie Zelensky, Taylor Swift Traviskels’ engagement, and the president’s controversial efforts to oust the Federal Reserve Governor.
Trump’s age issue has echoed over recent months by Democrats and his own main enemy, Nicky Haley (even Haley’s campaign released campaign ads entitled campaign as seniors for the stumbling) with both former President Joe Biden and Trump.
The White House announced in July that Trump was diagnosed with chronic venous insufficiency, a common venous condition, after images taken by the president showed visible swelling in his lower limbs.
White House physician Sean Barbabera described the condition as “benign and common” in the memo, saying it was “consistent with frequent manual minor soft tissue stimulation.”
Vance wanted to present a positive view of her boss’ health.
“He was the last person to call in the night, and he was the first person to wake up and call in the morning,” he said.
Trump was the target of two assassination attempts during his campaign as presidential candidate last year.
In July 2024, Trump was shot by a 20-year-old gunman at a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania. A bullet hit the top of his right ear and injured him. A few days later, Trump wore a large white bandage on his ears while attending the Republican National Convention to accept his party’s presidential nomination.
In September, Secret Service agents helped stop their second assassination attempt by finding a man with a rifle hidden in planted leaves near Trump’s golf course in West Palm Beach, Florida.
“Yes, there’s a terrible tragedy,” Vance said. “But I am very confident that the President of the United States is in good condition.
“And if God forbids it, if there is a terrible tragedy, I am not more likely to think about vocational training than what I have gained in the last 200 days,” he added.
