French fries are already a famous side dish, but there is still a special day to praise the National French Friday, July 11th.

The configured holiday was celebrated on July 13th for many years, but Fast Food Chain Checker and Larry organized an online petition in 2022, with the second Friday of July being celebrated as an annual French Friday date nationwide, according to the National Day Calendar. This year, the French fries celebration coincides with National Slurpee Day.

In addition to burgers, fries are ranked the highest among the most popular American cuisine, according to a regularly updated poll by online market research firm Yougov. Each gained 86% popularity among American adults, surpassing grilled cheese and fried chicken, both of which received an 85% popularity rating.

Americans eat around 17 pounds of fries each year, according to a new survey of 5,000 US adults conducted by McCain Foods’ Talker Research.

Here is a summary of the specials available on this Friday
