According to the NHTSA, a recall solution is under development. The owner of the recalled car will receive a letter notifying them of the risk on July 14th, followed by a second letter once a solution to the problem is available. Owners with questions can call Ford Customer Service at 1-866-436-7332. The number of this recalls is 25S75.
