USA Today Reporter dismantles Manhunt for Charlie Kirk Shooter
USA Today’s Will Carless Reports As the FBI searches for anyone interested in the murder of Charlie Kirk.
WASHINGTON – The Federal Bureau of Investigation said it would provide a reward of up to $100,000 for information that leads to identification and arrest of individuals killing the star’s conservative influencer Charlie Kirk.
The agency announced its compensation on September 11th, shortly after publishing images of pairs of people interested in investigating Kirk. The image shows a man with stairs wearing a long black sleeve shirt with an American flag, jeans, sunglasses and a dark hat.
Anyone with information is asked to call 1-800-Call-FBI if they have the information and send photos or videos at https://tips.fbi.gov/digitalmedia/F4507712A3B2893.
Kirk, 31, a father of two and a close political ally of President Donald Trump, was speaking outside Wednesday afternoon when a single intestinal shot stabbed his neck in the courtyard of Utay Valley University.
No suspects have been identified. In addition to the images, authorities said they had retrieved a powerful rifle in the Naerby forest, where they believed they were being used to film, and learned new details about the suspects in the video being analyzed.
