WASHINGTON – President Donald Trump spoke with Deputy FBI Director Dan Bongino, who said law enforcement officials were in “good condition” in a fallout from the Department of Justice, and in an FBI announcement he found no evidence that convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein is maintaining a “client list.”

Bongino was weighing the future with the bureau after a clash with Attorney General Pam Bondi over the Epstein Case file, CNN and Semafor reported. Conservative influencers criticized Bondi and FBI director Kash Patel for their discoveries a few months after pledging to reveal major Epstein revelations such as “many names” and “many flight logs.”

On July 13, when asked by a reporter whether Bongino was still his deputy FBI director, Trump told reporters:

The former Secret Service agent and conservative media personality gave up on his podcast in March to join the Trump administration. The Justice Department released a report last week saying that it had revealed that a “systematic review” of disgrace investors would not criminalize “client lists.” ”

Disclosure and Trump’s subsequent defense of Bondi were armed with the president’s grassroots supporters and far-right figures. Maga supporters were furious at Bondi over a statement they made on Fox News earlier in the year after being asked about Epstein’s client list, saying “I’m sitting at my desk right now.”

Bondi told reporters at a White House meeting on July 8th: “I was asked about my client list. My answer was, “Sitting on my desk, I was reviewed.

Trump had boxed Bondi at the FIFA Club World Cup on July 13th just before he spoke to the reporter.

He said in truth, the FBI must focus on investigating other alleged crimes, not “we will spend every month looking at anything other than the same old, radical left-inspired document of Jeffrey Epstein.”

Bongino has not publicly commented on his future report at the bureau. Patel said in a post on X on July 12th that he plans to stay in his position.
