Dunkin’ unveils ‘Wicked’-themed menu and merchandise commemorating franchise

From Elphaba to Prince Fiyero, everyone from “Oz” is “flying” to Dunkin’ this fall.

To celebrate the “epic conclusion” of Universal Pictures’ “Wicked” series, the coffee and baked goods chain is launching a themed menu and product line that “infuses the everyday Dunkin’ Run with a touch of the magic of Oz.”

The Dunkin x Wicked collaboration, which will be available at Dunkin’ stores nationwide on Wednesday, November 5th, will feature Wicked Green Matcha, Wicked Pink Refresher, Wicked “Munchkin” and limited edition merchandise in distinctive shades of pink and green.

Cynthia Erivo, who plays Elphaba in the series, joined in on the fun along with Jonathan Bailey (Prince Fiyero), appearing in an “end credits scene” featuring Dunkin’ to commemorate the collaboration.

“Well, we all know how much people love ‘Wicked,’ and we all know how much we love Dunkin’,” the co-stars told “Executives” during scenes filmed in between filming on the “Wicked: For Good” set. “What people don’t know is that Oz runs at Dunkin’. So we combined them.”

“As ‘Wicked: For Good’ brings its story to an emotional finale, Dunkin’ is giving fans a way to celebrate their favorite moments long after the credits roll. With a drink in hand and a smile on everyone’s face, everywhere, even Oz, they’re running at Dunkin’,” the coffee chain added.

Dunkin x “Wicked” collaboration introduces new menu items and goods

Between an emerald elixir perfect for Elphaba herself and a fruity but refreshing drink for those who prefer a little Glinda sparkle, Dunkin’ has a little something for every “Wicked” fan.

  • Wicked Green Matcha – Dunkin’s classic Iced Matcha Latte is made with whole milk for a creamy finish and gives it a wicked twist with brown sugar and toasted almond flavors. *You can also substitute non-dairy milk alternatives
  • Wicked Pink Refresher: Made with sparkling water, this “bright, bubbly pink” drink bursts with flavors of strawberry, dragon fruit, and blueberry.
  • Wicked “Munchkin”: The classic glazed donut hole treat gets the ultimate evil pink and green makeover, inspired by Oz’s most iconic duo.

From tumblers to cup sleeves: Dunkin x Wicked merchandise

Because “the magic doesn’t stop behind the counter,” Dunkin’ is releasing exclusive and limited-edition merchandise inspired by Glinda and Elphaba.

As well as the themed menu, the product line, which includes a $9.99 metal can that comes with every 10-piece “Munchkin” order, will go on sale Nov. 5 at participating Dunkin’ restaurants.

Dunkin’ says the new Wicked 10-count Munchkin cans feature silhouettes of Elphaba and Glinda, with “Munchkins embroidered across the top in the movie’s instantly recognizable font.”

Other Dunkin x “Wicked” merchandise includes:

  • Dunkin x Wicked Tumbler: A $22.99 beverage container featuring pink and green reusable straws, just like the dynamic duo from Oz.
  • Dunkin x Wicked Straw Buddy & Topper Set: $16.99 4-pack including 2 Elphaba-inspired toppers (broom and hat) and 2 Glinda-inspired toppers (wand + crown)
  • Cup Sleeve: $6.99 cloth drink protector available in Elphaba Green and Glinda Pink. Each one is printed with a silhouette and is perfect for dressing up your daily Dunkin’ run.
