“He’s doing a great job, but perhaps he’s going to like it at this point,” President Donald Trump said of his 2028 Vice President J.D. Vance.
Vice President JD Vance puts his middle finger for dinner
Vice President JD Vance gave his middle finger at a GOP dinner event in Ohio when he talked about Washington, D.C. residents.
Is Vice President JD Vance an heir to President Donald Trump’s Magazine movement?
“Maybe,” Trump said on August 5th, asking a reporter questions.
Trump has delved deep into 2028 speculation and said in the past it was too early to debate who will lead the GOP after him.
When asked by Fox News shortly after the election if Vance was his chosen successor, Trump said, “No, but he’s very capable.”
“Too early,” he added.
Trump again said on August 5th it was “too early” to discuss Vance as his successor, but admitted he has the advantage as vice president.
“He’s doing a great job, and he’s probably going to like it at this point,” Trump said.
Trump messed around with the idea of running for president again, despite the US Constitution banning him from seeking a third term. But the president said he wasn’t while he wanted to run again.
When asked in a CNBC interview if he was going to “run again,” Trump said “probably not.”
“Perhaps not,” he said, laughing, a second time.
