Dairy Queen launches new Blizzard shake for the 2025 holiday season

Dairy Queen is in full holiday mode with new menu items.

The popular fast-food chain is launching a limited-time “Holiday Treat Collection” at participating locations across the United States.

The chain said in a press release that it’s a twist on a dessert classic, with “two new treats and the return of popular seasonal favorites, all perfectly blended with DQ’s world-famous soft serve ice cream.”

The new flavors are Peppermint Bark Blizzard Treat and Holiday Nog Shake. The Frosted Sugar Cookie Blizzard Treat is also back.

  • of peppermint bark blizzard DQ says it has peppermint pieces and layers of white and milk chocolate, all blended with DQ’s world-famous soft serve ice cream. Dessert is November’s Blizzard of the Month.
  • December’s Blizzard of the Month is frosted sugar cookie blizzard. It consists of festive sprinkles, icing, and cookie pieces blended with soft serve ice cream.
  • of holiday still shake This product is a blend of soft serve ice cream, Nog syrup, and milk. Finish by topping with nutmeg and whipped cream.

“This seasonal collection is only available for a limited time and while supplies last, so be sure to treat yourself to some holiday flavors at your local DQ before they run out,” DQ said in a press release.
