I don’t know about you, but I shudder when I think about cockroaches, or really any of the largest insects running around.
So the headline of Andrea Rikier’s article, “Cockroaches in your finances? What you need to know about ‘private credit'” definitely caught my attention this morning.
Andrea describes the prevalence of ‘cockroaches’ in private credit. This refers to the increase in investment companies lending directly to private companies.
Walmart changes to digital shelf labels
Walmart will expand digital shelf labels to all U.S. stores over the next year.
My colleagues Greta Cross and Saleen Martin report that Walmart stores will soon replace manually replaced paper price tags on shelves with digital price tags managed by a central system. Price changes that originally took days can now be completed in minutes.

Well, here’s an interesting job. Wendy’s is hosting a competition to hire a chief tasting officer with a salary of $100,000.
“Basically, you get paid to eat, relax, create content, and appear in ads with Wendy’s,” the Wendy’s contest blurb says.
