Chipotle Mexican Grill is rolling out an all-new high-protein menu on Tuesday, December 23rd. The menu includes bowls, burritos, salads and tacos, all packed with 15 to 81 grams of protein. The menu also includes 4-ounce high-protein cups of adobo chicken or steak for the serious meat lover. A “snack” cup containing about 32 grams of protein costs about $4 nationwide, according to a news release.
The new menu meets continued demand. According to the 2025 IFIC Food and Health Survey, the top diet Americans reported eating in 2025 was a high-protein diet. Additionally, 70% of Americans say protein is the top nutrient they’re looking to consume in 2025, making it the nutrient most people are concerned about getting enough of for the fifth year in a row.
