Chipotle offers burrito lovers another option to order, carne asada.
Starting Thursday, September 4th, Chipotle will bring Carne Asada back to the US and Canadian menu. This brings the Carne Asada menu back to the menu as it was first introduced in Chipotle in 2019.
Made with marinated grilled steak, carne asada is “seasoned with distinctive spice blends such as cumin, coriander, garlic and oregano, sliced into the perfect soft, juicy bite and finished with lime and corianthro.
The company, in a news release, says its limited-time menu options remain a favorite of Chipotle followers.
“We’re committed to providing a range of services to our customers,” said Chris Brandt, Chipotle President and Chief Brand Officer. “The protein-rich flavor profile is the perfect pairing for any game, whether you’re watching a marquee matchup from home or stomping your tail in the stadium.”
Customize your own burrito or bowl with Carne Asada
Are you wondering how to customize your burrito or bowl? Vice President of Culinary Nevielle Panthaky recommends trying the Carne Asada Burrito with white rice, black beans, roasted chili corn salsa, fresh tomato salsa and cheese. “Roasted chili corn salsa adds a beautiful pop of sweetness, while the tomato salsa brings a burst of freshness that pairs perfectly with the delicious and tangy notes of our juicy, tender khan asada,” Pansakee said. “You can’t just beat it.”
