Turning Point USA spokesman Andrew Corvette was not impressed with Jimmy Kimmel’s opening monologue on Tuesday, September 23rd.

“Well, one apology, Bill. When someone like Jimmy Kimmel said that he was Charlie’s shooter, what he really says is that it’s okay to lie about conservatives.

Kimmel, who returned to host a late-night talk show after a six-day suspension by ABC, spoke about his comments on Kirk’s death on September 15th. In his almost 18-minute monologue, he spoke to both the support and backlash that followed his remarks.

Corvette, who is also the executive producer of “Charlie Kirkshaw,” asserted that Kimmel’s comments were part of the “agent,” political and cultural in nature, and “more important than the lives of friends who were just taken from us and taken from us.”

See what else the Corvette had to say about Kimmel’s speech, including why the comedian was interrupted in the first place.

Andrew Kolvet: “Contrition” includes accountability, apologies

“Where was the ‘Sorry?’,” Corvette told hemmer on Fox. “Where was your attitude? Yeah, he was emotional, but I think he was emotional.

According to Kolbe, when people like Jimmy Kimmel refuse to accountability, like skirts around the truth, “send a signal that there are devices ready to protect these evil actors and that they are not OK.”

“Instead, he was rebellious. He parsed the words. He tried to screw the needle into play on both sides, and that’s not how we can get healing in this country,” Corvette said. “He needs to say, ‘This isn’t okay.’ I will never do it again, and for others who are thinking someone else to commit violence, political violence: stop, it’s not okay. ”

He added: “All we need is ‘Sorry’. I was wrong.

Why was Jimmy Kimmel stopped?

After over 20 years of late-night host Kimmel has been suspended “indefinitely” after the Nexstar Media Group, Sinclair Broadcast Group and Federal Communications Commission for comments made on the September 15th episode from the Nexstar Media Group, Sinclair Broadcast Group and Federal Communications Commission.

The comedian said the “Magagang” is “deeply trying to characterise” Tyler Robinson’s “Tyler Robinson” who was accused of in connection with the fatal shooting as “a thing other than one of them and will do everything possible to score political points from there.”

Later that day, Nexstar Media Group said it would not air Kimmel’s show at ABC affiliates for comments, and Disney then suspended production of the show.

The decision, which sparked a massive backlash from the entertainment industry and beyond, was reversed by Disney on September 22 amid growing protests, including government censorship allegations. However, Sinclair and Nexter said they were still ABC affiliates and Kimmel’s show not Air’s show.
