France also plans to give the Palestinian state a formal recognition, reflecting Israel’s isolation of its actions in Gaza.
President Trump and Starge agree to Gaza’s humanitarian crisis
President Trump said in a meeting with British Prime Minister Kiel Starmer that he is focusing on putting food in Gaza.

LONDON – Prime Minister Kiel Starmer said the UK is ready to recognize the Palestinian state at its UN General Assembly in September, unless Britain takes many steps to improve the lives of Palestinians.
If Britain acts, it will become the second western authority of the UN Security Council after last week’s France, reflecting the isolation of Israel in the war with Hamas in Gaza, where humanitarian disasters have occurred and the number of victims of Palestine deaths exceeding 60,000.
The priorities said on July 29 that the UK would move unless Israel takes substantial steps to enter Gaza, making it clear that it would be committed to a long-term peace process that would provide a Palestinian state that coexists peacefully alongside Israel.
“The Palestinians have endured terrible suffering,” Hoshi told reporters. “Now, in Gaza, due to the devastating failure of aid, we see an image of a hungry baby, too weak to stand, being with us for a lifetime. The suffering must end.”
The priority said his government would evaluate “to what extent parties meet these steps” in September, but no one would refuse to make a decision.
He recalled the Cabinet during the summer holidays and then made the decision after discussing new peace plans he is working with other European leaders and how to provide more humanitarian aid to Gaza 2.2 million people.
Successive British governments have stated that when the time is correct, they formally recognize the Palestinian state without setting up a timetable or specifying the required conditions.
Surveillance: UN holds two-state solution meeting without US Israel
The UN held a summit to promote the Palestinian state as the Gaza War intensifies and global pressures are on its way.
With warnings from international aid agencies that Gaza people are facing starvation, the rise in Labour lawmakers in the Communist Party has called for the recognition of the Palestinian state to increase pressure on Israel.
The issue came to the fore after President Emmanuel Macron said on Thursday that he recognized Palestine as a state of Israel’s territory in the 1967 Middle East War.
Israel and solid supporters United States blasted French moves and ran through Gaza on October 7, 2023, branding rewards to the Palestinian Hamas militants whose attacks on Israel sparked the current war.
At the start of the Gaza War in October 2023, when his priorities were opposition leaders, he fully supported Israel’s own self. However, his stance has shifted to a tougher approach to Israel over the years, especially since his election as prime minister over a year ago.
His government stopped the government’s challenge before the arrest warrant issued by the International Criminal Court for Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and stopped selling arms to Israel.
Last month, the UK approved two far-right Israeli ministers Itamar Ben Gwil and Bezalel Smotrich, accusing them of repeatedly inciting violence against Palestinians.
