Black Friday 2025 is finally here. It’s an American ritual that happens right after Thanksgiving dinner, when millions of families wake up from their turkey naps and get ready to dive into the year’s best sales. But the experience is no longer limited to early risers. The retail giant has extended its sale by several weeks, creating a period of discounts that will run from early November until the end of Cyber Monday.
Here’s what you need to know to shop wisely at Walmart, Target, Costco, Kohl’s, J.C. Penney, Macy’s and other major retailers to navigate this wave of promotions and avoid impulse purchases and unnecessary long lines.
What time does Costco, BJ’s, and Sam’s Club open on Black Friday?
All three chains will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, but will reopen early Friday morning.
- Mr. BJ: Opens at 7am
- Costco: opens at 9am
