Baltimore Ravens cornerback Jaylie Alexander sold the Wisconsin condo for $420,000.

Alexander was released by the Packers in June and quickly signed with the Baltimore Ravens for up to $6 million, including incentives. The Packers chose him in their first round, the 18th pick in the 2018 NFL Draft.

The two-story two-bedroom unit is located at the Riverfront Loft Mansion at 101 Cherry St in downtown Green Bay. According to Brown County Register records, Alexander acquired the unit in 2019 for $420,000. It was originally listed for $469,900, but he sold it at the same price he paid for. The sale ended on August 20th.

The 1,699 square feet condo features 2½ bathrooms, two parking spaces and a view of the entire Fox River. The main bedroom includes an EN suite with a steam shower and a Kohler soaking tub. Other bedrooms also have EN suites.

Alexander played for the Packers for seven years before signing with the Ravens. His best year was 2022, when he played 16 games, had five intercepts and was selected for the Pro Bowl and All-Pro team. He was also a Pro Bowl and an All-Pro player in 2020.
