Amazon announced on October 28 that it would cut 14,000 corporate jobs, confirming reports that began circulating on Monday.

In a memo shared with employees and later posted on its website, Beth Galetti, Amazon’s senior vice president of people experience and technology, wrote that the tech giant was targeting “approximately 14,000 employee role reductions companywide.”

Most affected employees will have 90 days to find a new role within the company, according to the memo. Other employees who will not remain with Amazon will be provided with severance and other transition benefits, Galetti wrote.

This story will be updated.
