Not to be confused with National Fried Chicken Sandwich Day on November 9th. National Sandwich Day has something for everyone, whether peanut butter and jelly or Philadelphia cheesesteak is your go-to.
Jimmy John’s, Panera, Popeyes, and Pizza Hut are some of the national chains offering great deals on sandwiches, but some discounts may require membership in a restaurant rewards program. Don’t forget to check out promotions at your favorite local spots.

Jimmy John’s offers Pickle Witch deal on National Sandwich Day
On November 3rd, JJ Rewards members can use the code “TOASTED” to get 50% off their favorite toasted sandwiches and pickle witches. According to Jimmy John’s website, the Picklewich is an original sandwich that replaces bread with thick pickle slices for a “fresh, tangy taste.”
This offer is valid only at participating locations online and via the Jimmy John’s app, and is limited to one per user.
Panera offers BOGO deals on National Sandwich Day
On November 3rd, myPanera members will get a buy one, get one free $5 whole sandwich at participating cafes. Other options include toasted Frontega chicken and turkey bacon avocado melt.
Pizza Hut will offer melts for $4.99 every Monday, including National Sandwich Day
Customers can purchase hot Pizza Hut melts for just $4.99 every Monday, including November 3rd.
“Reimagine your favorite pizza flavors as crispy, dippable sandwiches packed with toppings and cheese,” according to Pizza Hut.Melts are available in four flavors: Buffalo Chicken, Chicken Bacon Parmesan, Meat Lovers, and Pepperoni Lovers.
This offer can be redeemed in participating restaurants while supplies last, and online through the Pizza Hut app or website.
Subway fans can get a discount on a 1-foot Subway on National Sandwich Day
MVP Rewards members can purchase any Footlong and get a second Footlong for just $1 using promo code “FOOTLONGFAN” at checkout on Monday, November 3rd.
In addition, Subway has announced a new limited-time Festive Feast collection, which will be available in restaurants nationwide starting November 13th. The menu includes three holiday-inspired sandwiches.
- TurHamKen: Savor Subway’s Turducken, which combines oven-roasted turkey, tender Black Forest ham, and rotisserie-style chicken.
- Festive Turkey: Featuring Subway’s signature and best-selling oven-roasted turkey.
- Festive Chicken: Featuring juicy rotisserie chicken.
All three Subways come with Monterey cheddar cheese, spinach, red onion, mayonnaise, and Subway’s new stuffing and cranberry sauce.
Sprouts Farmers Market offers sales and sweepstakes opportunities on National Sandwich Day
Sprouts Farmers Market typically sells fresh, made-to-order sandwiches for as low as $4.99, and customers can add a bag of chips and a bottle of water for an extra dollar.
But on National Sandwich Day, the company is following the popular 6-7 trend by offering a deal called “Mine for just 67 cents.”
Additionally, shoppers can enter to win a “Sandwich a Week for a Year” consisting of approximately $300 worth of Sprouts Farmers Market gift cards.
To enter the sweepstakes, customers must order a sandwich on National Sandwich Day, post a photo of their sandwich on social media, tag Sprouts, and include the hashtag #NationalSandwichDayGiveaway in the caption.
At Popeyes, you get a free sandwich with the purchase of a sandwich.
From Oct. 27 to Nov. 9, Popeyes customers can get a free classic, spicy or smokin’ rojo chicken sandwich with any purchase of $10 or more.
