This month, 11 products sold by Walmart and Amazon were recalled due to various defects and injury risks.

On December 18, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) announced a recall of 11 products sold at retailers such as Walmart, Amazon, or both. From children’s toys and dressers to pool and bed rails, these products can be defective and pose a risk of serious injury or even death. Fortunately, as of December 18th, no injuries have been reported among the 11 recalls.

The biggest recall is Mamisan pain relief topical ointment. More than 50,000 bottles of the ointment were recalled because it contains lidocaine, and child-proof packaging is required, according to the U.S. Consumer Protection and Safety Commission (CPSC). There is a risk of injury or death if the child swallows the serum, as the packaging of the ointment is not tolerated by the child.

Let’s take a closer look at each of the 11 recalls.
